Bringing Baby Home Workshops

The Bringing Baby Home workshop is a 2-day training designed by researchers at the Gottman Institute to help couples learn skills to cope with all the changes that come with the transition to parenthood. The training has been shown to help couples maintain relationship satisfaction and strengthen their connection to each other and to their new baby. Babies of couples who take the program have been shown to have better language skills and to smile and laugh more during play with the family.

All couples preparing for parenthood are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or marital status. This workshop is a good fit for couples considering parenthood, expecting a child, or those who already have a baby up to age 3. Bring your partner or a supportive friend or family member.
